HOW TO BECOME A VOLUNTEER:

You must be 15 years of age or older to volunteer on your own.

Individuals age 10 to 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

All volunteers are required to complete a volunteer application and attend an orientation meeting. At the
orientation you will be given detailed information about our shelter and volunteer program. You will also have
the opportunity to tour the area and learn valuable information about the program (s) in which you would like
to participate.

Each new volunteer is asked to purchase a Volunteer T-Shirt for $15.00.

This helps defray the cost of liability insurance.
